Your customer service representatives are intelligent, informative, helpful, and on occasion hilarious. I've yet to feel any need at all to hurl abuse at them, as they are generally hoopy froods that don't deserve it.
However, I have found that when Brighthouse equipment works well its an exception to the rule. Internet, cable and phone "blackouts" are distressingly common as well as odd equipment failures such as the cable box that glitched within three hours of installation and its replacement that glitched before the week was out.
To the people who install, service, and replace the equipment I have only this to say; I'd happily sell every single one of you fuckers to the Druuge.
